 Appraisals
• The store is capable of issuing an insurance replacement appraisal on the purchase or any jewelry piece required by the customer. Appraisals are performed by certified gemologists trained by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and the Jewelers Board of Trade (JBT).
Custom Work
• All custom jewelry repairs are nonrefundable and require a 30% deposit before working on them. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will indicate the client’s complete satisfaction.
Diamond Inspections
• The store recommends that all diamond and gemstone jewelry be inspected every 6 months. The master jeweler will inspect the prongs to help prevent any possible damage or loss of the gemstones. This service can range anywhere from free of charge to $25/item.
Gift Certificates & Gift Cards
• The store offers gift certificates/cards in any denominations.
